At TrustyGo, reviews are the foundation of trust.

How Reviews Are Submitted
To submit a review on TrustyGo, users must first create an account.
During registration, reviewers are required to provide:
- Full name
- A unique, valid email address
- Basic contact information for verification purposes
This step helps us reduce anonymous abuse, spam, and duplicate reviews, while maintaining accountability across the platform.
Once registered, users can submit a review for a business they’ve interacted with.
Review Moderation Process
All reviews submitted to TrustyGo go through a pending review stage before being published.
Our moderation process includes both automated checks and manual review by our moderation team. Each review is evaluated to ensure it meets our quality and integrity standards.
We review submissions to confirm that:
- The review is written by a real user
- The content relates to a genuine service experience
- The review is relevant to the specific business
- The language is clear, constructive, and appropriate
- The review does not contain spam, promotional content, or misleading claims
Only reviews that meet our guidelines are published on the platform.
What Makes a Review Eligible
To be approved, a review must:
- Be based on a real interaction or service
- Reflect a first-hand experience
- Focus on the quality of service, communication, pricing, or professionalism
- Be written in the reviewer’s own words
Reviews may be positive, neutral, or critical — as long as they are honest and constructive.
What Is Not Allowed
To protect fairness and trust, the following types of content are not permitted:
- Fake or fabricated reviews
- Reviews written on behalf of someone else

Business Owner Participation
Businesses cannot edit, hide, or remove customer reviews.
However, verified business owners may:
- Claim their business profile
- Respond publicly to reviews
- Provide context or clarification when appropriate
- Report reviews they believe violate TrustyGo guidelines
All reported reviews are reviewed objectively by our moderation team.
Transparency & Fairness
TrustyGo does not sell reviews, ratings, or rankings.
Business visibility is never influenced by review sentiment, and paid features do not affect review approval or removal decisions.
